The conception of direct democracy in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na instituty přímé demokracie v České republice. V první kapitole je pojednáno o demokracii obecně a jsou zde i rozebrány klady a zápory přímé demokracie. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na různé instituty přímé demokracie nacházející se i mimo právní řád ČR. This thesis is aimed on institutions of direct democracy in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is generaly discussed democracy and also there are mentioned Pros and Cons of direct democracy.
