Anotácia:

Tato diplomová práce slouží k orientaci v problematice implementace konceptu Smart Buildings v rámci strategického plánování. Součástí práce je výklad pojmů, které souvisejí se zaváděním tohoto konceptu jako je Industry 4.0, Smart City nebo Smart Grid. Práce objasňuje rozsáhlou problematiku Smart Buildings v rámci samotné stavby i jejího propojení s okolím a zasahuje také do oblasti připravenosti stavebního prostředí. Dále objasňuje strategické plánování sídel a související územní plánování, udržitelný rozvoj a udržitelnou výstavbu. Diplomová práce srovnává přístup k zavádění udržitelné výstavby s akcentem na koncept Smart buildings do strategického plánování v rámci zahraniční a české praxe. Analyzuje jednotlivé strategické plány města Prahy, Vídně a Drážďan, spolu s jejich iniciativami v rámci konceptu Smart City.

Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis introduces orientation in the implementation of the Smart Buildings concept within strategic planning. It deals with an explanation of terms related to the implementation of this concept as Industry 4.0, Smart City and Smart Grid. The thesis clarifies the extensive issue of Smart Buildings within the construction itself and interconnection with the environment and also extends to the field of readiness of the building environment. It further clarifies the strategic planning of settlements and related spatial planning, sustainable development and sustainable construction. This thesis compares the approach to the introduction of sustainable construction with emphasis on the concept of Smart buildings in strategic planning in foreign and Czech practice. It analyzes individual strategic plans of the City of Prague, Vienna and Dresden, together with their initiatives within the Smart City concept.
