A complex analysis of retail system
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje komplexní analýzu systému pro podporu obchodování. Práce obsahuje přehled metod hodnocení použitelnosti. V práci je provedena analýza použitelnosti a audit přístupnosti systému pro podporu obchodování. Součástí práce je analýza použitelnosti konkurenčních systémů s cílem srovnání s analyzovaným systémem MySpidero.
Abstract:
This thesis describes a complex analysis of retail system. Thesis contains outline of usability testing methods. Usability analysis and accesibility evaluation of particular retail system is performed. One part of this thesis is also analysis of the most used proprietary and open-source retail systems focusing on their usability level.
