Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo porovnat výsledky ze 2 měření na běhátku, během zimní přípravy baseballistů. První část práce je zaměřená na popis hry, fyziologické aspekty a ovlivňujíci faktory. Ve druhé části se nachází zvolený tréninkový cyklus a jsou zde zaznamenány výsledky z obou měření všech testovaných osob, vyhodnocení a shrnutí měření. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to compare the results of two measurements on the treadmill during the winter training of baseball. The first part is focused on the description of the game, physiological aspects and influencing factors.
