Customer satisfaction analysis of a selected tour operator
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu analýza spokojenosti zákazníků vybrané cestovní kanceláře. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků vybrané cestovní kanceláře, následně vyhodnotit získané informace z aplikovaného průzkumu a navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení spokojenosti.
Abstract:
The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the customer satisfaction analysis of a selected tour operator. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction rate of the customers of the selected tour operator, to evaluate the outcome of the analysis and the applied research and to suggest and recommend solutions to increase the customer satisfaction rate.
