This bachelor thesis examines and identifies the level of pensions on the change in the proportion of working retirees in the Czech Republic and Italy. The first part contains the acquired theory and research on the topic of the offer of retirees' work. Táto bakalárska práca skúma a identifikuje efekt výšky dôchodkov na zmenu podielu pracujúcich dôchodcov v Českej republike a v Taliansku. V prvej časti sa nachádza získaná teória a rešerš k téme Ponuka práce dôchodcov.
