Ways of communication of the towns Litoměřice, Roudnice nad Labem with citizens and their comparison.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby komunikace města Litoměřice a Roudnice nad Labem s občany. Jsou zde podrobně rozebrány jimi používané komunikační kanály, jak fungují a v jaké míře jsou používány. V praktické části byly informace získávány prostřednictvím osobního rozhovoru s tiskovým mluvčím jak Roudnice nad Labem, tak s tiskovou mluvčí Litoměřic. Dalším zdrojem informací se staly webové stránky, sociální sítě a další komunikační kanály. Následně došlo k vytvoření SWOT analýzy každého města zvlášť. Zjištěné údaje se staly podkladem pro komparaci. Výsledkem tohoto procesu jsou navržena doporučení pro zpracování komunikační strategie obou měst, a to pro každé z nich zvlášť s ohledem na jejich specifika a různorodost potřeb jednotlivých věkových kategorií obyvatel.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the study of the ways of communication in the city of Litoměřice and Roudnice nad Labem with citizens. The thesis provides detailed information on communication channels of the cities, how they work, and to what extent they are used. In the practical part of this thesis, the information through a personal interview with the spokesperson of both cities was obtained. Websites, social networks and other communication channels have become another source of information. Then a SWOT analysis of each city was created separately. The obtained data became the basis for comparison. As a result of this process, recommendations are proposed for the elaboration of a communication strategy for both cities, for each of them separately with regard to their specifics and the diversity of needs of individual age groups.
