Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě dotazníků nebo řízených rozhovorů, analýzy nabídky služeb hotelu, analýzy konkurence navrhnout změnu nebo obohacení nabídky poskytovaných služeb. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose a change or enrichment of the offered services on the basis of questionnaires or controlled interviews analysis of the hotel services offer, competition analysis.
