Tato práce se zabývá otázkou mladistvých delikventů, kteří jsou umístěni ve věznici pro mladistvé. Stručně popisuje, kdo je to mladistvý odsouzený a historický vývoj vězeňství u nás. Výzkumná část se zabývá sportovní činností mladistvých odsouzených v programech zacházení jako resocializačního prvku a sportovní činností před nástupem do věznice. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of juvenile delinquents that are placed in a juvenile prison. It concisely describes who are juvenile convicts and the historic development of the present prisons. The investigation segment deals with the sport activities of the juvenile offenders in the treatment programmes, as a re-socialising component, and a sportive action before the entrance into the prison.
