Human resources management at school
Abstract:
Moje závěrečná práce se věnuje řízení lidských zdrojů se zaměřením na výběr nového zaměstnance. Práce popisuje jednotlivé fáze výběrového řízení, se zaměřením na spe-cifika hledání zaměstnanců ve školství. V praktické části popisuji průběh přijímacího řízení na střední škole. Poslední část – diskuse – je věnována porovnání teorie s praxí.
Abstract:
My final thesis deals with human resources management with a focus on the selection of a new employee. The thesis describes the individual phases of the recruitment procedure, with a focus on the specifics of the search for employees at school.
