V bakalárskej práci sa venujem problematike odborného vzdelávania v hotelierstve. Cieľom práce je preskúmať školský vzdelávací program konkrétnej hotelovej školy, zitiť počet voľných pracovných miest a preskúmať možnosti uplatnenia absolventov na trhu práce v Bratislave a Prahe.
