Abstract:

Abstrakt Martinčík, M. Strategický plán společnosti Areal Slatina, a. s. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Cílem této práce je navrhnutí firemní strategie pro společnost Areal Slatina, a. s. Práce se člení na tři hlavní části. První část, literární rešerše, shrnuje základní termíny a pojmy týkající se strategického řízení. V druhé části, analytické, dojde k analyzování vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí působícího na danou společnost. Pomocí těchto analýz se poté určí příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky společnosti. V poslední návrhové části, která vychází z předešlých analýz, jsou představeny jednotlivé strategické cíle. Tyto cíle jsou tvořeny za účelem zlepšení postavení společnosti na trhu a zvýšení celkového zisku firmy. Práce končí diskusí navrhnutých cílů a závěrem.

Abstract Martinčík, M. Strategic plan of the company Areal Slatina, a. s. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. This thesis aims to design a corporate strategy for the company Areal Slatina, a. s. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part, the literature review, summarizes the basic terms and concepts related to strategic management. The second, analytical part, analyzes the external and internal environment affecting the case company. The combination of these analyzes then evaluates the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the company. In the last, design part, which is based on previous analyzes, the individual strategic goals are presented. These goals are created to improve the company's position in the market and increase the company's overall profit. The thesis is finalized by a discussion on the proposed goals and conclusion.
