The topic of the thesis called "Integrated Rescue system" covers definitions of basic terminolgy concerning Emergency Medical Service (EMS). The thesis deals with the role and status of EMS during the flood periods. Furthermore, the issue of check-out and tactical exercises executions from EMS point of view is mentioned.
