Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na celkovou charakteristiku pachatele trestné činnosti. Úvod je věnován právní úpravě pachatele z pohledu trestního práva hmotného a trestního práva procesního. This bachelor thesis focuses on the overall characteristic of the offender. The introduction is devoted to the legal regulation of the offender from the perspective of substantive criminal law and criminal procedural law.
