Tato diplomová práce řeší častou problematiku logistiky firem. Předmětem práce bude optimalizovat logistické toky výrobního procesu vybrané firmy. Počátkem práce bude samotný vstup, logistický tok materiálu do výroby, až po výstup, kterým budou soustružené výrobky.
