Cieľom tejto práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu. Tento plán je vytvorený za účelom vlastného podnikania, založenia vlastnej distribučnej spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej, teoretickej, sú načrtnuté základné koncepty a postupy vytvárajúce rešerš tvorby.
