Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou potřeb ve vybraném podniku poskytujícím služby u zákazníka a následným návrhem koncepce, organizační struktury, hlavních úkolů a procesů pro podporu oddělení zabývající se informačních a komunikačních technologií.
