Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a následné nastavení personálních činností ve firmě, která se v důsledku transformace přeměnila z firmy rodinné na malou společnost. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and set up a human resources management principles in a company that was transformed from family business into small firm. The analysis is based on theoretical and practical knowledge and all the on-going human resources processes (their weaknesses and strengths) are described in this thesis.
