Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá obchodnými spoločnosťami a právnou úpravou zákazu konkurencie v nich. Cieľom práce je poukázať na možnosti a význam úpravy tohto inštitútu pre podnikateľov. Práca rozoberá právnu ochranu spoločností pred nezákonným konkurenčným správaním a analyzuje možné sankcie a nároky na náhradu škody. Jadro práce je rozčlenené na tri časti.
