Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce pojednává o institutu přímé demokracie, s hlavním zaměřením na přímou demokracii v obcích a krajích ČR. Práce začíná historickým exkuzem, dále pokračuje rozborem nejdůležitějších zákonů. V další části je mapována dosavadní praxe místních referend. Na konci zhodnocení stavu a přínosu přímé demokracie pro ČR.
Abstract:
My bachelor work is about the institute of direct democracy, with main focus on direct democracy in municipalities and regions of the CR. The work begins with a historical facts, continues the analysis of the most important acts for institute direct democracy in Czech republic. Next part is about current practice of local referendums.
