Ethics in business - managerial ethics training

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etickým jednáním podnikatelů v České republice, ale i v mezinárodní sféře. Práce obsahuje 2 části. V první, teoreticko - metodologické části se zabývám nejprve charakteristikou podnikatelské etiky, dále mezinárodní podnikatelskou etikou, situací v ČR, zavedením etiky do strategie podniku a poukážu na samotného manažera a jeho etické jednání. V druhé, aplikační části se zabývám etickým chováním škol na mostecku. Zabývám se zde etickou problematikou ředitelů, jak se chovají ke konkurenci, zda eticky či nikoliv.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the ethical conduct of entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic as well as in the international sphere. The work consists of two parts. In the first theoretical and methodological part, I deal with the following topics: characteristic of business ethics, international business ethics, the situation in the Czech Republic, and the introduction of ethics to a corporate strategy. Furthermore, I point out manager´s role nad his/her ethical conduct. In the second application part, I focus on the ethical behavior in schools in the town of Most. Here, I discuss the ethical issues within a group of directors. How they behave on the competition - whether ethically or not.
