Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na implementaci systému ABC ve společnosti Fatra, a. s. Teoretická část se věnuje literární rešerši, která poskytuje teoretický podklad pro praktickou pasáž této práce. Je zde probíraná problematika týkající se řízení nákladů, kalkulací a zejména kalkulačnímu systému Activity-Based Costing. Praktická část zahrnuje základní představení společnosti Fatra, a. s., analýzu podnikových nákladů a charakteristiku současného kalkulačního systému, která je doplněna o ukázku praktického příkladu. Práce je završena projektem, který se zaměřuje na využití metody ABC v podniku. Závěr práce nám poskytuje zhodnocení projektu a výsledná doporučení.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the implementation of the ABC system in Fatra, a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with literary research which provides theoretical data for the practical part of the thesis. The cost control, cost calculations and especially the Activity-Based Costing system are discusses in this section. The practical part includes the familiarization with the company; the analysis of the costs of the company and the characteristic of contemporary calculation system. This is accom-panied with the practical example. The thesis also includes the project concentrating on the application of the ABC method in the company. The conclusion of the thesis provides the evaluation of the project and the final recommendation.
