Práce se zabývá trestněprávními a kriminalistickými aspekty násilné trestné činnosti, přičemž je zaměřena především na trestné činy proti životu. Je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol, z nichž první dvě charakterizují pojem násilné trestné činnosti z pohledu trestního práva a z pohledu kriminalistiky. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the criminal law aspects and the forensic aspects of a violent crime while focusing especially on the crimes against life. The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first two parts characterize a concept of the violent crime from the perespective of the criminal law and from the perespective of the criminalistics.
