Internal PR of the City of Otrokovice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na interní public relations města Otrokovice. V práci jsou představeny pojmy interní public relations a interní komunikace. Praktická část zkoumá spokojenost s interním public relations. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumu bylo využito dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci města. Z vyhodnocení výzkumu vyplývá několik zjištění o spokojenosti s interní komunikací a stávajícími nástroji interního public relations města. Na základě výzkumu lze vyvodit konkrétní doporučení v podobě formulování strategického plánu interního PR, pravidelného měření všech nástrojů a spokojenosti zaměstnanců města.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on internal relations with the public of the city of Otrokovice. The concepts of internal public relations and internal communication are introduced in the thesis. The practical part examines satisfaction with the internal public relations. As part of the quantitative research, a questionnaire survey with city employees was used. The evaluation of the research results in several findings about satisfaction with internal communication and the existing tools of the city's internal public relations. Based on the research, specific recommendations can be made in the form of formulating a strategic plan for internal PR and regular measurement of all tools and satisfaction of city employees.
