Diplomová práce je věnována problematice odcházení začínajících učitelů z profese. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. První část představuje učitelskou profesi a její vývoj. This thesis deals with issue of beginning teachers leaving their job. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The first part concentrates on teaching as a job and its development. It focuses mainly on the starting phase of teaching. The empirical part is dedicated to research.
