Use of First Responder in the Central Bohemian Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice využívání first respondera ZZS ve Středočeském kraji. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje obecnému popisu pojmu, využití first responderů ve vybraných zemích v Evropě a České republice, zejména ve Středočeském kraji. Dále je zde uvedeno vzdělávání, stanovené podmínky k aktivaci, rozmístění AED v rámci programu včasné defibrilace a samotné poskytování neodkladné pomoci first responderem na místě události. Praktická část se zabývá sekundární analýzou dat databáze Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje ve sledovaném období. Hlavním cílem je provést sekundární analýzu dostupných dat získaných z KZOS, které se týkají aktivace first respondera ve Středočeském kraji v letech 2019-2022. Dílčí cíle jsou zjistit počet aktivací first respondera ve Středočeském kraji v závislosti na počtu telefonicky asistovaných resuscitací ve sledovaném období, zjistit počet provedených a nedoporučených výbojů AED a zjistit počet pacientů kteří byli poté směřováni do nemocnice, zjistit počet AED v jednotlivých okresech ve Středočeském kraji a jaká složka IZS je má k dispozici a detekovat nejméně obsazený okres ve Středočeském kraji s AED v závislosti na počtu obyvatel a na základě toho navrhnout řešení, jak situaci zlepšit.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the problematice of the use of the EMS first responder in the Central Bohemian Region. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to a general description of the concept, the use of first responders in selected countries in Europe and in the Czech Republic, especially in the Central Bohemia region. In addition, education, established conditions for activation, deployment of AED as part of the early defibrillation program and the actual provision of immediate assistance by first responders at the scene of the incident are listed here. The practical part deals with the secondary data analysis of the database of the Central Bohemian Region Medical Rescue Service in the monitored time period. The sub-goals are to find out the number of activation Integrated Rescue System responses in the Central Bohemian Region depending on the number of telephone - assisted resuscitations in the monitored period, to find out the number of performed and unadvised AED shocks and to find out the number of patients who were then transfered to the hospital, to find out the number of AEDs in individual districts in the Central Bohemian Region and which Integrated Rescue System component is available and to find out the least AED equipped district in the Central Bohemian Region depending on the number of inhabitants and, based on this, propose a solution to improve the situation.
