Motivation System of Employees in ABI

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on different motivation techniques of employees at Anheuser-Busch Inbev. Main objective of this thesis is to determine motivators that play main role in employees preservation at ABI Prague.This thesis includes two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical overview explains the concept and factors of motivation, explains why is it significant to establish effective communication with employees and successful management process. This overview will include different clarifications of motivational theories from various authors.Practical part provides a research on key motivators for employees at ABI Prague. Analysis output shows whether ABI employees are satisfied with motivations techniques that are provided by the company or not. This part explains the relation between different social factors (sozial differences) in the company and motivational techniques. Analysis includes results of crosstabs and Chi-square tests that were arranged with the use of statistical software SPSS in order to identify the relationships between social sifferences and motivation techniques in the company.
