Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komunikaci studentského spolku 4FIS na sociálních sítích se zaměřením komunikační strategie na online studentské akce. Cílem práce je udržet fanouškovskou základnu, povzbudit ji k interakcím na sociálních sítích a účasti na pořádaných online kvízech. Úvod práce se zaměřuje na teoretické popsání marketingové komunikace a jednotlivých sociálních sítí Facebook a Instagram a jejich využití v praxi k propagaci. V další části je analyzován konkrétní spolek a jeho stav a průzkum konkurence daného prostředí. Důležitou součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření s důrazem na kvalitativní část, které zjišťuje aktuální stav sociálních sítí studentského spolku, vztah studentů ke spolku a pořádání online akcí. Všechny získané poznatky jsou využity k aplikaci marketingového schématu See-Think-Do-Care, pomocí kterého je vytvořena obsahová a komunikační strategie. Strategie je následně nasazena a v závěru práce je zanalyzována její úspěšnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the communication of the 4FIS student organization on social networks with a focus on communication strategy for online student events. The work aims to maintain the fan base, encourage it to interact on social networks, and participate in online quizzes. The introduction focuses on the theoretical description of marketing communication and social networks Facebook and Instagram individually and their usage in practice for promoting the events. The next part of this paper analyses a specific student organization and its condition and a survey of the competition of the environment. An important part of the work is also a questionnaire survey with emphasis on the qualitative part, which finds out the current state of social networks of the student organization, the relationship of students to the organization, and organizing online events. All acquired knowledge is used to apply the marketing scheme See-Think-Do-Care, which is used to create a content and communication strategy. The strategy is then deployed, and its success is analysed at the end of the thesis.
