Anger and aggression management in the process of upbringing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu zvládání hněvu a agrese při výchovném procesu ve vztahu matka – dítě. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojmy hněv a agrese, popisuje jejich funkce, příčiny vzniku a způsoby, jakými se projevují. Další kapitola se zabývá výchovou v rodině, která spočívá v nasycování pěti základních sociálních potřeb dítěte. Uvádí také rizika, jež skýtá přítomnost hněvu a agrese v rodinných vztazích. Dále práce pokračuje tématem zvládání hněvu a agrese ve výchově. Zaměřuje se na dospělého a jeho proces usměrňování emoce skrze úroveň tělesnou, psychickou a meta-psychickou. Poté se obrací k dítěti a shrnuje způsoby dosycování jeho základních sociálních potřeb. Praktická část pomocí designu self-study zjišťuje to, jakým způsobem matka zvládá hněv a agresi u sebe a svých dětí se zaměřením na funkčnost v rámci výchovného procesu. Součástí práce je také vzdělávací brožura, která pokrývá témata, jež se pro rozvoj schopnosti zvládat hněv ukázala jako funkční.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis discusses the topic of managing anger and aggression during the upbringing process in the mother-child relationship. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of anger and aggression, describes their functions, their causes, and the ways in which they manifest. The next chapter deals with family upbringing that consists in satisfying the child's five basic social needs. It also mentions the risks of presence of anger and aggression in family relationships. The work continues with the topic of managing anger and aggression in upbringing process. It focuses on the adult and his process of directing emotion through the physical, psychological, and meta-psychic levels. The focus is then directed on the child and summarizes the ways of satisfying child’s basic social needs. The practical part uses a self-study design to find out how the mother manages anger and aggression in herself and her children, focusing on functionality within the upbringing process. The thesis also includes an educational brochure which covers topics that have been proven to be effective for developing anger management skills.
