Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konfiskacemi průmyslových závodů a řemeslných živností podle dekretu prezidenta republiky č. 108/1945 Sb., ze dne 25. října 1945 o konfiskaci nepřátelského majetku a Fondech národní obnovy, v politickém okrese Jilemnice v letech 1945 - 1947. Popisuje poválečnou situaci na Jilemnicku a zvláštní pozornost věnuje stavu hospodářství ve 30. letech a po osvobození republiky. Dále analyzuje konfiskační dekret a průběh konfiskačního řízení, které bylo realizováno v kompetenci Okresního národního výboru Jilemnice. Vymezuje objem zkonfiskovaného průmyslového a živnostenského majetku, který byl po skončení druhé světové války ve vlastnictví německého obyvatelstva. Zaměřuje se na konfiskáty v textilním průmyslu a vyhodnocuje především ekonomické aspekty konfiskací.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the confiscation of industrial plants and craft business´s in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 108/1945 Coll., issued on the 25th October 1945 for the confiscation of enemy property and funds for national reconstruction, in the political district of Jilemnice from 1945 to 1947. It describes the post-war situation in the District of Jilemnice, with particular attention to the state economy in the 1930´s and the years after the liberation from Nazi control. Furthermore, analyzing the confiscatory decree and course of confiscatory procedure, which was made the responsibility of the District National Committee of Jilemnice. It defines the volume of confiscated industrial and trade property, which after the Second World War was still the property of the German inhabitants. It focuses mainly on property under confiscation of the textile industry and evaluates primarily the economic aspects of the confiscation.
