Abstract:

Ducháčková, M. Darovací daň. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dopady změn ve zdaňování při darování, které souvisely se zrušením daně dědické a darovací a následně její inkorporací pod zákon o dani z příjmu. Tyto změny byly vyvolány novelou občanského záko-níku s účinností od 1. 1. 2014. Je popsána právní úprava daně z příjmu fyzických osob vztahující se na darování a následně právní úprava darovací daně. Práce je zaměřena zejména na komparaci darování před zrušením daně darovací a po in-korporaci této daně pod zákon o dani z příjmu. Práci doprovází modelové příkla-dy, které poukazují na rozdíly ve zdaňování.

Brno: Mendel University, 2018.This Bachelor‘s thesis focuses on the impacts of changes in the taxation of dona-tions related to the cancellation of inheritance and gift tax and consequently its incorporation under the Income Tax Act. These changes were triggered by an amendment to the Civil Code with effect from 1.1.2014. It‘s described the legal framework of personal income tax related to donation and consequently legal regulation of donation tax. The thesis is mainly focused on the comparison of do-nations before the abolition of the donation tax and after the incorporation of this tax under the Income Tax Act. The thesis is accompanied by model examples that point to differences in taxation.
