Tato práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení přístupu města Vsetín k sestavování rozpočtu na základě strategického plánování a řízení. Uvádí konkrétní příklady, jakým způsobem se výstupy ze strategického plánování a řízení promítají do reálného rozpočtu. This work is focused on the evaluation of the budgeting methodology based on a strategic planning. The town of the interest is Vsetin. There are specific examples how the budget reflects inputs from the strategic planning. This work contains also quality methods in connection with strategic planning and management.
