The proportion of employment agencies on employment of Czech Republic

Anotace:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění podílu pracovních agentur na zaměstnanosti České republiky. Jinak řečeno, je jejím cílem zjistit podíl agenturních zaměstnanců na všech zaměstnancích v České republice. Práce je uvedena teoretickou stránkou oboru: definice základních pojmů, rozdělení služeb pracovních agentur, historie tohoto podnikání, popis kontrol ze strany úřadů, popis asociací a Úřadu práce. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní srovnání pracovních agentur a mezinárodnímu právnímu prostředí v tomto oboru. Třetí část se věnuje analýze získaných informací na téma podílu agenturních zaměstnanců v České republice a návrhům vedoucím k zlepšení těchto údajů i celého podnikání v tomto oboru. Hlavním výsledkem této práce má být zjištění, kolik lidí pracovní agentury zprostředkovaly k výkonu jejich pracovní činnosti, co to je pseudoagentura, kolik těchto nelegálně fungujících společností je v České republice, co je oznamovací povinnost a její vypovídací hodnota.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on finding the proportion of employment agencies on employment of Czech Republic. In other words, his purpose is to determine the proportion of agency employees for all employees in the Czech Republic. The introduction to the theoretical aspects of the field is at the beginning: basic definitions, distribution of employment agencies services, the history of the business, description of controls by the authorities, description of associations and the Labour Office.The second part focuses on international comparison of labor agencies and international legal environment in this field. The third part is focused on analysis of the obtained information obout proportion of agency workers in the Czech Republic and proposals leading to the improvement of these data and the entire business in this field. The main result of this study should be to determine, how many people are working because of employment agencies, what is it ,,pseudoagentura", how many of these illegally operating companies is in the Czech Republic, what is it „notification duty“ and his predictive value.
