Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zvýšení motivace dispečerů, a tím i jejich profitability společnosti Geis CZ, s.r.o. Zabývá se různými teoriemi a metodami, které podávají vysvětlení motivace pracovníků celkově. Cílem práce je návrh řešení, pomocí kterých se zvýší motivace dispečerů společnosti Geis CZ, s.r.o.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on increasing dispatchers motivation and their profitability to the Geis CZ s.r.o. company. The thesis also contains the metods and theories defining the employee motivation. It also describes current situation.Thesis purpose is to create a solution improving dispatchers motivation in Geis company.
