Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v kontextu humanitární pomoci. Cílem je připravit metodologii pro analýzu pracovních nabídek v oblasti humanitární práce, která by měla být zdrojem informací o možnostech uplatnění humanitárních pracovníků. V práci je popsána humanitární pomoc, způsob jejího poskytování a subjekty, které se na ní podílí. Dále obsahuje teorii řízení lidských zdrojů se zaměřením na proces získávání pracovníků a jeho specifika v humanitární pomoci. Ve druhé části práce je popsána metodologie kvantitativního výzkumu, který využívá techniku obsahové analýzy.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the human resource management in the context of humanitarian assistance. The aim of the thesis is to prepare a methodology for the analysis of job offers in the field of humanitarian work, which should be a source of information on career opportunities for humanitarian workers. The thesis describes humanitarian assistance, the methods of its delivery and actors involved in. It also includes the theory of human resource management with a focus on recruitment process and its specifics in humanitarian assistance. In the second part, the methodology of the quantitative research using content analysis techniques is described.
