Options for Improving the Zlin Region´s EMS Ambulance Teams´Activities\nl{}

Abstract:

Diplomová práce analyzuje určení, strukturu a způsob činnosti zdravotnické záchranné služby (ZZS). Hodnotí současný stav činnosti výjezdových skupin ZZS Zlínského kraje (ZZS ZK) a na základě stanovených kritérií provádí srovnání výjezdových stanovišť v rámci ZZS ZK. Součástí práce je dotazník, který byl rozdělen na dvě části, z nichž první část je zhodnocení stavu informační podpory ZZS a druhá část je zhodnocení stavu činnosti výjezdových skupin ZZS ZK. V závěru práce je proveden návrh na zlepšení činnosti pracovníků krajského operačního střediska ve Zlíně a návrh na zlepšení činnosti pracovníků výjezdových skupin ZZS ve ZK.\nl{}

Abstract:

The thesis analyses to determine the structure and functioning of the medical emergency services. Assesses the current state of the activities of the EMS groups of the Zlin region and based on established criteria, the comparison ambulance stations within the EMS Zlin region. The questionnaire is part of the work, which was divided into two parts, the first part is the assessment of the condition of information support of EMS and the second part is the assessment of the condition of the exit EMS groups of Zlin region. At the end of the work is carried out to improve the activities of the staff of the regional operations centre in Zlin and the proposal to improve the activities of workers in the exit EMS of Zlin region.\nl{}
