Ve své práci jsem se rozhodl zaměřit zejména na změnu v legislativě, která přináší nové možnosti pomoci pro oběti domácího násilí. Konkrétně se jedná o změnu zákona č. 135/2006 Sb., kterým se mění některé další zákony. Abstract:
I decided to concentrate in my diploma work on the change in our legislation, which brings new possibilities of help for home violence victims. In the concrete, its the change of the law 135/2006. The most important is the change of the law 283/1991 of the Police Czech Republic. This change of law gives new competence to policists. They can deport aggressor or to stop entry.
