Bakalářská práce se zabývá daní z nemovitých věcí a jejím vlivem na rozpočet obce Kozlovice. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout doporučení úpravy dani z nemovitých věcí vybíranou na území obce na základě výsledků z analýz rozpočtu, daně z nemovitých věcí a dotazníkového šetření. The bachelor thesis deals with the real estate tax and its impact on the budget of the municipality of Kozlovice.
