Violent behaviour of teenagers

Abstract:

V současné době zaznamenáváme zvýšený výskyt projevů násilného chování u dospívající generace, které se vyznačují nebývalou agresivitou a brutalitou. Odborná i laická veřejnost si proto klade otázky pátrající po příčinách těchto jevů a po možnostech jejich řešení. Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na problematiku násilného chování mladistvých. V sedmi kapitolách zpracovávám teoretické i praktické poznatky zaměřené na specifické stránky adolescence, charakteristiku agresivního chování, jeho příčiny, klasifikaci agresí a poruchového chování a také na projevy násilného chování. Současně vystihuji přístupy společnosti, rodiny a školy k násilnému chování mladistvých a uvádím možnosti prevence, praktická východiska a prognózy. V závěrečné kapitole se věnuji provedení empirického průzkumu zaměřeného na projevy a možné příčiny násilného chování žáků a navrhuji doporučení k přijetí potřebných opatření.

Abstract:

It is possible to monitor the increased occurrence of violent expression in the behaviour of the adolescent generation nowadays which is distinguished by unprecedented aggression and brutality. Therefore, experts and even the public ask questions which search for the cause of these phenomena and possibilities for their solution. This diploma work is focused on the subject of violent behaviour in adolescents. Seven chapters focus their effort on theoretical and practical information about specific features of adolescence, features of aggressive behaviour and its causes, classification of aggression and delinquent behaviour and also the manifestation of violent behaviour. At the same time is given a true picture of the approach of society, family and school towards the violent behaviour of adolescents. As well as possibilities of prevention, practical suggestions as to the way forward, and prognosis are introduced. The final chapter is engaged in empirical research focused on the manifestations and potential causes of violent behaviour in students and some recommendations to take necessary measures are suggested.
