Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Sanace rodin dětí umístěných v DDŠ" je výzkumná práce, jejíž cílem je zjistit, zda respondenti vnímají potenciál sanace rodiny k návratu dětí z dětského domova se školou do rodiny. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které se týkají sanace rodiny, pomocí odborných zdrojů. Jsou to především tyto pojmy: sanace rodiny, rodina, rodičovství, rodičovská odpovědnost. Dále v ní budou popsány vlivy, které působí na ohrožování mravní výchovy dětí a mládeže a na nežádoucí jevy dětí a mládeže, sociální práce OSPOD a ostatních organizací, především SAS pro rodiny s dětmi při sanaci rodiny. Výzkumným cílem je zjistit, zda respondenti vnímají potenciál sanace rodiny k návratu dětí z dětského domova se školou do rodiny. Výzkumná část je prováděna pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Data jsou sbírána pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovnicemi z OSPOD. Výsledky výzkumu jsou vyhodnoceny a je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka "Vnímají respondenti potenciál sanace rodiny k návratu dětí z dětského domova se školou do rodiny?" V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení pro další sociální práci při sanaci rodiny. Další výzkum by mohl přinést nové poznatky a jiný pohled na problematiku sanace rodiny, mohl by se zaměřit na důvody, proč rodiče při sanaci rodiny nemají motivaci, nechtějí spolupracovat a nemají zájem.

Abstract:

This thesis entitled "Rehabilitation of families of children placed in located with a school (DDŠ)" is a research work, which aims is to find out whether the respondents perceive the potential of rehabilitation of a family for the return of children placed in located with a school to the family. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. In the theoretical part, the concepts related to rehabilitation of a family are explained using professional sources. These are mainly the following terms: rehabilitation of a family, family, parenting, parental responsibility. It will also describe the influences that affect the endanger the moral education of children and youth and the undesirable phenomena of children and youth, the social work of the Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD) and other organizations, especially the Association for Early Care (SAS) for families with children in rehabilitation of a family. The research objective is to find out whether the respondents perceive the potential of rehabilitation of a family to return children placed in located with a school to the family. The research part is conducted using a qualitative research strategy. Data are collected through structured interviews with social workers from the OSPOD. The results of the research are evaluated and the main research question "Do respondents perceive the potential of rehabilitation of a family to return children placed in located with a school to the family?" is answered. Finally, recommendations for further social work in rehabilitation of a family are given. Further research could provide new insights and a different perspective on the issue of family rehabilitation, and could focus on the reasons why parents are not motivated, uncooperative and uninterested in rehabilitation of a family.
