KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION FOR IMPROVEMENT

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na znalostní management a motivaci ke zlepšovatelství, jejímž teoretickým cílem je podat přehled aktuálních teoretických poznatků o znalostním managementu a motivaci pracovníků ke zlepšovatelství, cílem praktickým je analyzovat motivační souvislosti zlepšovatelského chování pracovníků společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a návrh opatření zaměřených na zajištění kvality a počtu zlepšovacích návrhů. V rámci kvantitativního empirického výzkumu, prováděného individuálními hloubkovými rozhovory, se práce zaměřuje na pochopení smyslu, potřeb a emocí zapojených subjektů v procesu zlepšovatelství a na detailnější odhalení reálných souvislostí mezi motivačními a demotivačními faktory a také zjišťuje vnímaná pozitiva a negativa stávajícího systému eZEBRA. Závěrem práce je souhrn potenciálů ke zlepšení a doporučených opatření zaměřených na zajištění kvality a počtu zlepšovacích návrhů a tím pádem na zvýšení efektivity procesu zlepšovatelství.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on knowledge management and motivation for improvement. Its theoretical goal is to give an overview of current theoretical findings about knowledge management and employees motivation for improvement and its practical goal is to analyse the motivational context of improvement behaviour of workers of SKODA AUTO a.s. and the draft measures related to quality assurance and the number of improvement proposals. Within the quantitative empirical research, which is using individual in-depth interviews, this bachelor thesis focuses on the understanding of the significance, needs and emotions of the actors involved in the improvement process as well as on a detailed detection of real connections between motivational incentives and disincentives, and it also discovers perceived positives and negatives of the current system eZEBRA. The conclusion of the thesis offers a summary of potential improvements and recommended measures for quality and number of improvement proposals to increase the effectivity of the improvement process.
