Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory syndromu vyhoření u učitelů. První část je teoretická a obsahuje informace získané studiem odborné literatury týkající se vymezení pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznaky, příčiny a jednotlivé fáze vyhořívání. This thesis examines the factors of burnout among teachers. The first part is theoretical and includes information obtained by studying the literature on the definition of the concept of burnout, its symptoms, causes and the different stages of burnout.
