Bilateral investment treaties from the view of investment protection
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje bilaterálním investičním smlouvám, které tvoří investičního prostředí a zajišťují ochranu investic mezi státy. Ochrana spočívá v dodržování akceptovaných pravidel. V případě, že se poruší sjednaná pravidla, dochází k investičním sporům, jimiž se tato práce zabývá. Cílem je analýza a identifikace bilaterálních investinčích dohod a problematiky s nimi spojené.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with bilateral investment treaties, which create investment environment and ensure investment protection between states. Protection is based on adherence to accepted rules. In the event of a breach of terms of the agreed rules, there are investment disputes which this thesis also discusses.
