Image of the University of Defence

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá image Univerzity obrany. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem image, faktory ovlivňující image, nástroje, jimiž je image budována a v neposlední řadě metody měření image. V závěru této části je definována metodika práce, cíl práce a výzkumné otázky. V praktické části je nejprve představena Univerzita obrany a následně je zkoumána její současná image z pohledu studentů. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou v projektové části navrhnuta opatření, sloužící k vylepšení image univerzity.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the image of the University of Defence. In the theoretical part, it clarifies the term of image, image influencing factors, tools used to build-up image and, last but not least, the methods of image measuring. It ends that part defining working methodology, thesis objectives and research questions. The practical part first introduces the University of Defence and then examines its current image from the perspective of students. Based on the information obtained, the project part proposes the measures to improve the image of the university.
