Diplomová práca sa zaoberá charakteristikou deficitu a verejného dlhu a taktiež vývojom finančnej krízy. Prvá časť je zameraná na verejné financie, fiškálnu a rozpočtovú politiku, rozpočet, vývoj deficitu a verejného dlhu.
