Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivování zaměstnanců v Třineckém regionu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje vývoj motivace, základní pojmy a formy motivace, motivační teorie a systém odměňování. Praktická část bakalářské práce analyzuje spokojenost zaměstnanců se systémem benefitů ve společnostech WALMARK, a.s. a MRÓZEK, a.s.
