Tato diplomová práce je věnována představení metody 5S, jakožto jednoho ze základních nástrojů štíhlé výroby. This diploma thesis is devoted to introducing the 5S methodology as a baseline component of the lean management philosophy. The first part of this thesis explains the theoretical principles of the 5S methodology, which are given into the context of other effective tools utilized in lean management.
