Předmětem diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku korporátních úvěrů, obecně popsat jednotlivé úvěrové produkty zkoumaných bank, podat obraz o pozici banky v oblasti korporátních úvěrů na daném trhu a vyhodnotit, jak se podařilo vybrané banky pro obyvatelstvo přetransformovat na banky univerzální. The subject of the thesis is to describe the topic of corporate loans, it describes the individual credit products of the examined banks in generall, to give an overview of the bank's position in the area of corporate loans on the market and it evaluates, how were transformed the selected retail banks into universal banks.
