Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikační politikou mezi pojišťovací makléřskou společností BROKER VISION, s.r.o. a jejími stávajícími a potencionálními klienty. Cílem je analyzovat komunikační postupy společnosti a navrhnout jejich možné zlepšení. This thesis deals with communication policy between an insurance brokerage company BROKER VISION, Ltd. and its existing and potential clients.
