Abstract:
Cílem práce je rozbor a analýza aktuální situace regulace internetové reklamy v České republice a Evropské unii a dále popis sporných otázek v současné praxi tohoto oboru.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyze the current situation of online advertising regulation in the Czech Republic and the European Union, and a description of the issues in the current practice in this field.
